poor service, rude and bad experience with hotel staff, arrogant and do not have respect for women. Food was bad and chicken was uncooked. AC was not working and damp walls filthy laundry, looks shady and overall bad experience. Not worth staying alone.

Well I had visited this place once but I must say the experience was remarkable. The food was great and the environment was soothing. The only this was not convincing was the service. But keeping that aside on should definitely visit royal castle once for sure

Hotel rooms are good but are not maintained properly. There are no cleanliness in hotel. Bed Sheets & pillow covers are also not washed properly & are torn. Staffs are not co-operative at all. Food quality is good. management is requested to maintain the rooms nicely otherwise the quality of hotel will decline.

room was smelling like hell. pillow cover was too dirty. mould in the room. bathroom had spider web. not recoommend at all. AC was leaking. bed was old and broken. staff was good though. close to airport.

We stayed here for a night while returning from Manali .The Hotel is location is good Matresses were ok towels were a mess altogether it could have been better ...rooms and bathrooms were average in cleaning we booked the hotel for around 1600 per night ..i would recommend this Hotel only if u dont have any options ..i would prefer Hotel Sapphire at zirakpur but it was not available duting that dates
